In the past week we had our global management meeting in Hohenstein, Germany. Managers from all over the world attended.

The management meeting traditionally has two goals:

First of all looking back: how did JOST develop as a company, did we reach our goals for 2017? This management meeting was special because last year we celebrated our listing at the stock exchange and a very successful business year. Overall we made good progress on many goals.

Secondly we talked about the future: we discussed our goals for 2018 and what will be our long term plan until 2025.

Besides this the management meeting is mostly about bringing our managers from all over the world together in order to have an exchange between the different brands, regions and functions. That's why we saw spot presentations by several participants.

I personally enjoyed seeing so many people from all over the world. That shows how big we have become as a company. All JOST employees are responsible for the great results that were presented at the management meeting. Thank you very much for that!
